This study focuses on a new method called Multi-Branch AOrtic Reconstruction With G-iliac System (BAO-G) for repairing thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms. A thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm is a balloon-like bulge in the large artery that runs from the chest to the abdomen, which can be life-threatening if it bursts. The BAO-G technique uses a special device to fix the aneurysm through a minimally invasive procedure, potentially offering a safer and more effective option than current treatments. This study is important as it could lead to better outcomes for patients with this serious condition. Participants in this study undergo a procedure where the BAO-G technique is used to repair their aneurysm. The treatment involves using pre-made devices that are inserted into the body to support the weakened artery sections. Researchers will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of this technique by observing the participants' recovery and any changes in their condition. By assessing these factors, the study aims to determine whether this new method can be a reliable treatment option for patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms.
