Elise is the co-founder and CEO of PatLynk. As Mathematical Engineer from ESILV, Elise has always been passionate about solving complex problems. She earned a specialized master’s degree in Strategy and Transformation at HEC Paris. She began her career in the healthcare industry, focusing on innovation and tackling challenges in clinical trials. During this time, she observed firsthand the significant gaps in the clinical trial process, particularly in patient recruitment—a persistent bottleneck in bringing new treatments to market. Elise launched PatLynk to make clinical trials more accessible, understandable, and streamlined for the entire ecosystem, including patients and healthcare providers. She is driven by the belief that improving access to medical innovation is critical to ensuring equitable and effective healthcare solutions for all.

Co-Founder & CTO
Tanguy is the co-founder and CTO at PatLynk. He leads the Product and Engineering teams, focusing on ensuring excellence in the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. Tanguy holds a Master of Sciences (MSc) in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in Algorithms and Research from UPMC and the University of Montreal. With 8 years of experience in full-stack engineering and AI product development at two French scale-ups, he brings a wealth of technical expertise and a deep understanding of scalable systems and innovative technologies. Tanguy is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to build impactful products and streamline processes, ensuring PatLynk remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
