This study focuses on exploring how Chinese traditional martial arts can help people struggling with drug addiction. Researchers are interested in finding out if practicing these martial arts can reduce the urge to use drugs and improve overall health, both physically and mentally. The study targets individuals who are currently dealing with substance use issues. This research is important because it looks at alternative ways to support recovery, potentially offering a new method that could work alongside traditional treatments to enhance the well-being of those affected by addiction. Participants in the study will engage in sessions of Chinese traditional martial arts. These activities aim to not only improve physical fitness but also to have a positive impact on mental health, potentially aiding in the reduction of drug cravings. The effectiveness of this approach will be evaluated by observing changes in participants' drug use habits and their general physical and mental health over time. By investigating these outcomes, the study seeks to determine whether martial arts can be a beneficial addition to addiction treatment programs.
