Obesity is a worldwide issue linked to high rates of illness and death. It's known that natural herbs, like black seed (Nigella Sativa) and cumin seed (Cuminum Cyminum), are often used to help with weight loss and appetite control. Global data shows that obesity rates have risen significantly over time. Both black seed and cumin seed have been traditionally used for various health benefits, and recent studies suggest they may also have anti-obesity properties. This study aims to explore how these two herbs might help manage obesity, focusing on individuals with grade I obesity. The potential outcomes of this research could offer new, natural approaches to weight management, addressing a significant global health challenge. In this study, participants with grade I obesity will use either black seed or cumin seed as part of their daily routine. The primary focus is to measure changes in body composition, which includes muscle mass, fat, and bone. These changes will be tracked in percentages. By comparing the effects of these two herbs, the study hopes to understand their potential role in managing obesity. It's important to note that while herbal products can offer health benefits, they should be used responsibly and under professional guidance.
