Study start date: July 16, 2019

Actual date on which the first participant was enrolled.

This study focuses on individuals who have been hospitalized due to a serious condition called acute kidney injury, specifically those at stage 2 or higher, or those who have undergone renal replacement therapy. The main goal is to compare the effects of standard care versus a more comprehensive care approach for these patients after they have left the hospital. The importance of this study lies in its potential to improve the care and outcomes for individuals who have experienced acute kidney injury, a condition that can have long-term impacts on health and wellbeing.
