This study focuses on HIV-infected individuals who also have hemophilia, a condition that makes blood clotting difficult. The goal is to understand if taking two specific medications together, Azidothymidine (AZT) and Motrin (Ibuprofen), can lead to increased bleeding tendency. This research is important as it aims to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment plans for this unique patient population, potentially improving their care and quality of life.
