Study start date: August 21, 2025

Actual date on which the first participant was enrolled.

This clinical trial aims to improve the quality of life and healthy aging among older adults living in communities, both in urban and rural areas. It focuses on utilizing a smart voice platform that combines healthcare, long-term care, and health promotion resources. The study is important as it could help enhance the overall community life quality for the elderly population, addressing the challenges associated with aging in place. Participants in this study will receive access to and training on a smart voice platform system. This system connects various resources such as healthcare, long-term care, and local businesses, NPOs, and NGOs. They will be asked to complete assessments that evaluate their quality of life, digital capability, and healthy aging outcomes. The study measures the impact of the platform on various aspects of life, including physical functioning, mental health, social participation, and nutritional status. Changes from the start to the end of the study will be evaluated to understand the effectiveness of the smart voice platform.
