Criteria

1 inclusion criteria required to participate
1. patients scheduled for elective isolated off-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery
6 exclusion criteria prevent from participating
cardiac rhythm other than sinus
congestive heart failure
history of transient ischemic attack
left ventricular ejection fraction < 35%
