Criteria

3 inclusion criteria required to participate
Age more than 6 year
Evidence of corneal ulcer grade II or III (bacteria or fungal, or presumed bacterial or fungal)
Patients can understand and can follow the study protocol
5 exclusion criteria prevent from participating
Evidence of autoimmune disease
Evidence of corneal perforation
Evidence of herpetic keratitis
Known allergy to study medication
