Criteria

4 inclusion criteria required to participate
Aged between 18-35 years
BMI < 30 kg/m2
Healthy, recreationally active
Males
9 exclusion criteria prevent from participating
A history of neuromuscular problems
Allergies to milk proteins (whey or casein)
Arthritic conditions
Diagnosed GI tract diseases
