Pancreatic cancer is a severe form of cancer that is often challenging to treat. Many patients are diagnosed when the cancer is already advanced or has spread to other parts of the body, with an average survival time of 12 months. This research aims to identify biomarkers, or biological indicators, that can help diagnose pancreatic cancer and predict how well a patient will respond to treatment. The importance of this study lies in its potential to improve the understanding and management of pancreatic cancer, which could ultimately lead to better patient outcomes. In this study, researchers collect pancreatic tumor cells through a microbiopsy guided by ultrasound-endoscopy, a minimally invasive procedure. They also gather blood cells for analysis. The primary goal is to perform molecular analyses, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, to determine the presence or absence of specific biomarkers. These analyses could potentially provide valuable insights into the disease and pave the way for more personalized treatment approaches.

Signed informed consent

Social Security affiliation

Suspicion of pancreatic adenocarcinoma

2 exclusion criteria prevent from participating
Major person being the object of a legal protective measure or unable to express its consent

Patient in emergency situation
