This study aims to evaluate how spice flour affects your blood sugar levels after consuming a cracker snack, measured by the incremental Area Under the Curve (iAUC) in capillary blood.

Actual date on which the first participant was enrolled.This study looks into how an added ingredient in a cracker snack might affect blood sugar levels. It's important to understand how different foods can influence our body's response to sugar, especially for those managing conditions like diabetes or maintaining a balanced diet. This research could provide valuable insights into the role of specific ingredients in regulating blood sugar levels. During the study, participants will consume a cracker snack with the added ingredient. The impact of this snack on their blood sugar levels will be measured over a certain period. The main outcome of interest is the blood glucose response curve, which will be calculated from individual glucose measurements. This will be evaluated using a statistical method called repeated measures ANOVA on the incremental Area Under the Curve (iAUC) measured in capillary blood.
